Overview
Wanting to give back to his community and fill some of his free time, Rolando approached us with the idea of starting a small handyman or repairman business focused on affordability.
After working closely with the team at Roly’s Repairs to understand their needs and build a comprehensive business plan, we got to work designing and developing a website.
We determined that it would be conducive to limit the service area of the business to a distance that would keep travel costs low in order to pass those savings onto the customers and increase turnaround and response times to keep them happy and trusting in the reliability of the brand. We also integrated a scheduling feature to allow clients to book a free quote at their convenience.
With a brand new website ready to go we opened up profiles on platforms where people could find their new favorite handyman service and then set to work writing a blog about things we know absolutely nothing about. Did you know plumbers put white bread in pipes and then solder them shut? Neither did we.
